Kudianmala
Kudianmala (also spelled as Kudiyanmala) is a small town towards the northern part of Kerala. Around 35 kilometers from Taliparamba. About 60 kilometers from Kannur (Canannore). The nearest airport is Kozhikode (Calicut) which is around 160 kilometers.
Vaithal Mala / Paithal Mala : (9 km) This hill on the Kerala - Karnataka border is around 9 km from Kudianmala. Ideal for trekking; it is around 1,400 meters above sea level. A base reception centre and a watch tower a top the cliff function for the benefit of tourists and trekkers.
There is a primary school, a high school and a higher secondary school in Kudianmala. The primary school is called Fathima Matha UP School and the high school is called Mary Queens High School.
